yesterday marks down the end of my nco life.
mixed feelings.

npcc has really changed my life, and make me a better person
till now, i was still glad that i "jumped" from next door to npcc (yes, i wanted to join ncc land -.-)
Npcc taught me values, knowledge, skills and most importantly, it taught me to pick myself up when i fall. Leadership and never dying team spirit. I am proud to be a member of the amkss npcc unit family.

To my dearest 4 老婆s,
you guys have always been my motivation to turn up for every training. Although you guys always like to tease me alot, i don't really mind actually cause i like seeing your smiles and hear your laughter's. Stay in contact, and i love you! :D

To my adorable bunch of really hyper and enthu sec 1s
Is really heartwarming to see you all maturing, learning drills, greeting us sirs and mdms for the first time, telling us how much you guys like the training we plan, your curious small faces telling us how much you guys are looking forward to the next training. Although times i was really tired to even conduct training, but looking at the 15 of you really brighten me up. Thank you for being a part of the np family. <3

Yes yes, i read the cards. Didn't know you guys like my legendary laugh so much. Always remember that is the quality that matters, not the quantity. If the 5 of us can do it, so can the 7 of you. If it's not tough, it's not worth it. Cherish your last year as a cadet. (:

it took us probably about less than 3 mins to mess it up. Continue to work hard and remember, the unit now is in your hand. NCO may be a nice title, but it comes with heavy responsibility

Even though at times knowing that the efforts i put in are not been recognize, i really don't mind the tiring hours spent and the sacrifices made on it because i know that what I'm doing is all for the beneficial of the ___. No matter how bad the situation is, i know that i don't have the time to bitch about and throw the responsibility around. Nobody, took up the initiative. But I did. I did all i could to turn the table around. At the end of each matter that is been well done, i don't expect anyone to come forward to me and thank me because they don't know.

But letting people to misunderstood me, especially those whom i really respected.
