5 rounds,pause and had 5bx in between.
train their foot court drills.

cause my NB tee is at home.

nearly got trash by my juniors.LOLS
had a short breifing with them regarding their
stepping problems and had a match.
5.32pm
had a short break and rest for 5mins.
suddenly thought of my squardmates
: what're they doing now sia...pumping?
